INX International Ink Co. is seeking a Production Admin at one of our locations in the United States. You will handle order confirmations, issue process orders, perform cycle counts, and manage inventory within PSAs while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 6–12 months of production administration experience, and strong computer skills. SAP/S4HANA experience is a plus, as is prior ink-industry knowledge.

• Proficient in computer use.
• Some SAP or S/4HANA experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of production processes helpful.
• Previous ink industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process order confirmations.
• Issue process orders and Z-FILs.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Order acceptance.
• Review and update COOISPI.
• Manage inventory within the PSAs.
• Communicate with customers and customer service representatives.
• Internal purchasing activities.
