Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America’s Miami, OK facility is seeking a Facility Quality Supervisor to lead food safety programs across the plant. You will ensure products are manufactured, packaged, stored and shipped under safe conditions while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires 3+ years in HACCP/food safety, 1+ year supervisory experience, and strong communication with production and maintenance teams. A PCQI or HACCP knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of HAACP, Food Safety, Auditing, Laboratory or Pest Management experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must have basic proficiency of English to comply with directions, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support factory HACCP systems, food safety plans and food defense plans.
• Manage pest management and sanitation programs for the facility.
• Maintain regulatory records for master sanitation, pest control and chemical use.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and maintenance to ensure quality and food safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain internal and external audit plans and documents.
• Train and coach employees in food safety, GMP, pest management and sanitation.
