Job summary

Miller Industries, LLC is seeking a Production Assistant for the South Thompson Road location in Fenton, MI. You will provide daily administrative, scheduling, documentation, and floor-support to the Production team, track time and attendance, and help maintain production documents and release books.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with immediate match, 10 paid holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills needed.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple trackers.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative, scheduling, documentation, and floor-support to Production.
• Track employee time by department, work area, project, unit, and task.
• Maintain attendance sheets and release documentation.
• Prepare and distribute shop prints and production documents.
• Coordinate safety paperwork and ERP budget tracking.
