RK Industries, LLC, a family-owned leader in construction, manufacturing and fabrication, seeks a Production Assistant for our Aurora, CO facility. The role supports the VP of Manufacturing and plant managers with production data, labor tracking, payroll accuracy, and document control to ensure smooth operations on the shop floor.

You will coordinate work orders, labor records, and compliance programs (DORA apprenticeship, OJT, skill advancements) while serving as liaison among production,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production administrative role.
• Experience working in an ERP or manufacturing system environment; proficient with Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain production information and performance metrics.
• Process work orders (create, open, print, distribute, close, and archive) for Production activities.
• Support reconciliation of labor variances and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain and track shop floor attendance records and labor hours for staffing.
• Provide administrative support to ensure accuracy of employee records in IFS.
