Job summary

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is seeking an Operator for a local ceramic tile manufacturer. This interview position pays $13.25 per hour with a Monday–Friday night shift (9:45 PM–6:00 AM).

You will ensure production quality, keep lines running, and update maintenance needs to the next shift. Candidates should have maintenance exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Some maintenance experience.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Must be mechanically inclined to oil and grease motors regularly.
• Able to communicate daily with management about safety issues.
• Capable of standing on a concrete surface for the entire shift.
• Capable of working in a non temperature-controlled environment.
• Capable of bending, stooping, and lifting above shoulders when needed.
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including PPE.
