Job summary

Express Employment Professionals Clarksville is hiring an Entry Level Operator for an established manufacturing plant in Dover, TN. The role pays $16.00 per hour with Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12:00am shifts and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities include operating production machinery, loading/unloading lines, counting parts, minor rework, and ensuring attendance and safety compliance. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work overtime on Saturdays in a non temperature-controlled

Qualifications

• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work mandatory overtime on Saturdays.
• Capable of working in a non temperature-controlled environment.
• Capable of physical movements such as reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting products above the shoulders if necessary.
• Compliance with safety requirements including PPE such as closed-toed shoes, safety eyewear, hearing protection, and disposable mask.

Express Employment Professionals ofClarksville is currently seeking reliable candidates for an Entry Level Operator position with an Established Manufacturing Plant in Dover, TN. This position will pay $16.00 / hour, and the hours are Monday-Friday from 3:30pm-12:00am (1:00am if overtime) Saturday Overtime is from 12:00pm-5:45pm when needed.

• Count production parts

• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
