Bell & Evans in Fredericksburg, PA is seeking a Production Team Member for on-site, full-time work on a fast-paced poultry line. You will inspect, sort, and rework products to ensure quality and food safety while supporting production flow with a team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, can follow safety procedures, and is willing to learn new tasks. English or Spanish literacy is expected.

The Production Team Member in Evis supports poultry processing operations by performing inspection, sorting, and rework tasks to ensure product quality, food safety, and efficient production flow. This role works as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment and follows established safety and quality standards

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform sorting and inspection of raw poultry product to ensure quality and food safety standards are met
• Work at a steady pace on a production line while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Identify and separate product that does not meet specifications
• Perform rework on product as trained and directed
• Use approved tools and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and Quality Assurance to maintain product flow
