Job summary

Bell & Evans in Pennsylvania is seeking a 3rd shift Production Team Member to support poultry processing operations by inspecting, sorting, and reworking products to ensure quality and food safety.

You will work on a fast-paced production line, following safety procedures, collaborating with teammates, leads, and QA to maintain product flow and adherence to specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
• Willingness to learn inspection, sorting, and rework tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents in English or Spanish.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Production Team Member in Evis supports poultry processing operations by performing inspection, sorting, and rework tasks to ensure product quality, food safety, and efficient production flow. This role works as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment and follows established safety and quality standards

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety, food safety, and quality procedures
• Willingness to learn and perform inspection, sorting, and rework tasks as trained
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish, such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to complete checklists.
