Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is hiring production associates for a great company in Fond du Lac, WI. Both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities are available, with wages from $16 to $17 per hour.

Training will be provided, and there are opportunities to grow within the team. You will perform a wide variety of production tasks, follow schedules, manually or automatically assemble cases, monitor fill weights and seals, report deviations, and inspect products for quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of production jobs in the facility.
• Develop a working knowledge of production schedules; read and follow schedule instructions and learn options for changes.
• Manually or automatically assemble cases to meet production requirements/specifications.
• Monitor filled bags or trays for required fill weight, back seal, end seal, label placement, date code and label accuracy to requirements/specifications.
• Select acceptable bags/units for hand casing accurately for case count, orientation and placement.
• Report deviations from product requirements to the operators or supervisors.
• Visually inspect products and ingredients for blemishes or other flaws, extraneous vegetable material or discolored units.
• Stop production to report any serious deviation in quality or operating parameters, or malfunction of line equipment.
• Maintain work area housekeeping and department janitoring.
• Assist operators and others with start-up, production, change over and shut down of production.

We are currently hiring production associates for a great company in Fond Du Lac and have immediate openings available. Both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities are available. $16-$17hr.

Hours:

• 1st- 6am-4pm Mon-Thur
• 2nd- 3:30pm-1:30am Mon-Thur
