IQ Resource Group is currently hiring an order processor to join a great Fond Du Lac company and have an immediate 1st shift opening available. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing order fulfillment processes, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position requires familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and inventory management systems. The Order Processor will work closely with various departments to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely delivery of products.

Location: Fond du Lac, WI

Wage: $18-22/hour based on experience

Hours: 1st shift - 7am to 4pm Monday thru Thursday; 7am to 11am Friday’s

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders accurately with strong computer skills.
• Utilize order picking techniques to prepare items for shipment, ensuring all packages are correctly labeled and documented.
• Assist in shipping and receiving tasks, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular inventory checks and updating records.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline order processing workflows and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols while working in the warehouse environment.
