The Production Assistant role is an essential part of our operation ensuring efficiency and accuracy in order production. 7am start time.

Daily Tasks:

• Using industrial equipment to mix, cut, enrobe, and wrap product
• Frequently use large sized manual rolling pin
• Measuring and prepping ingredients
• General cleaning up, including sweeping/mopping floors, hand-washing dishes, wiping/sanitizing surfaces, removing trash and recycling, etc.
• Hand packing wrapped product into retail boxes
• Performing other manual tasks as necessary
