Job summary

Welch Packaging Group is seeking a production worker to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes strict adherence to safety protocols, accurate assembly, and maintaining high productivity to ensure on-time delivery.

The position involves teamwork across the facility, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting with tasks such as assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, sticking, and taping boxes as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to work safely adhering to all safety processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes.
• Ensure the product being built is built to spec and 100% accurate.
• Maintain the highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on time delivery to our customers.
• Maintain the housekeeping standards of the plant.
• Work as a team with all team members of the facility.
• Assemble, stack, wrap, staple, glue, sticker, and tape boxes as needed.

SUMMARY

Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm

Work in a production environment following all safety procedures, quality processes and hitting our targeted build rates.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes
• Responsible for ensuring the product being built is built to spec and 100% accurate
• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on time delivery to our customers.
• Responsible for maintaining the housekeeping standards of the plant
• Responsible for working as a team with all team members of the facility.
• Day to day responsibilities may include some or all of the following assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to work safely adhering to all safety processes and policies.
