CNH is seeking co-op students to work with our test engineering teams. You will assist in instrumentation, validation testing, and data processing for construction equipment while gaining hands-on experience.

Candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, Electrical, or Computer Engineering. Roles involve data analysis, presentations, and cross‑functional collaboration across product development.

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
Co-ops will work part time during the school year and full time during the summer.

Responsibilities

Assist with instrumentation and validation testing of construction equipment.
Process test data, write reports, and prepare presentations.
Aid in troubleshooting vehicle systems (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, etc.) and data acquisition equipment.

Co-Op Program Overview

Candidate will work closely with an experienced team of test engineers, technicians, and other co‑ops. There will be a variety of opportunities to work with other teams throughout the organization while participating in the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering

The annual salary for this role is USD $19.57 - $27.81 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
