Job summary

CNH Industrial in Illinois is seeking motivated students for its summer internship and co-op program. You will work part-time during the school year and full-time in the summer, preparing prototype machines, assisting with field tests, and supporting experimental designs with the project team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing prototype machines for field testing - installing prototype components, making parts, equipment maintenance, changing equipment configurations, etc.
• Work with project team on experimental designs to test and validate concepts being developed
• Operate prototype test machines in the field - executing on field test plans and validating concepts
• Reviewing field test results and ideating on concept development with project teams
• Work with Agronomy team to support agronomy trials (operate test machines, data collection, data anlysis, etc.)
• Travel as needed to other CNH facilities and remote test sites to support test prepartion and execution
• Participate and provide input into meetings where Innovation provides updates to product platforms and other internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Transparency

The hourly pay for this role is USD $23.69 - $25.75 plus any applicable bonus (Actual hourly pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.).

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
