Cencora, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to transform the Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud (EIC) into a product-driven organization.

You will guide the transition from project-based delivery to product roadmaps, across Network & Access, Digital Workplace, Cloud Platform Engineering, and IT Operations. You will own the workforce plan (about 520 employees and 325 contractors), manage the budget and governance for ~$166M in operating and capital funding, and drive cost optimization across hardware

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, with deep infrastructure, cloud, or IT operations.
• Demonstrated ownership of technology budgets of $150M+.
• Direct experience leading enterprise AI or automation adoption.
• Experience operating in regulated environments (SOX, HIPAA, GxP, DSCSA).
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, or highly regulated industries preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the transition of the ~850-person EIC organization from a project- and ticket-based model to a product operating model across specified domains.
• Define and maintain the EIC product taxonomy, product boundaries, ownership, funding model, and cadence.
• Own the global workforce plan (~520 employees and ~325 contractors) and manage staffing, succession, and org design.
• Own the EIC delivery portfolio end to end, including intake, prioritization, resourcing, and governance.
• Manage the ~$166M EIC operating and capital plan with budgeting, forecasting, and SOX controls.
• Run the enterprise hardware and software spend reduction program (~$400M annual addressable spend).
• Establish vendor management framework and coordinate with Procurement, HR, Finance, and IT.
