CVS is seeking a Product Transformation Coach for a 6-month remote contract (EST/CST) to help align product vision with execution. You will collaborate with product teams, run discovery, develop metrics, and coach on Agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

Qualificações

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• 3+ years of team coaching experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including product strategy, roadmap development, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate cross-functional teamwork.
• Expert-level JIRA user and admin experience.
• Certification in CSPO, PSPO, POPM, CPM, or ACPMPO.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product teams to refine product vision, roadmap, and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals
• Facilitate product discovery sessions to gather user feedback and identify market opportunities
• Help product teams develop strong product metrics to measure success and track progress
• Train teams on Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Identify and address impediments that hinder team progress, working with stakeholders to remove obstacles
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within teams
• Bridge the gap between product vision and technical implementation by facilitating communication between product owners, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure transparency in product development by providing clear updates on progress and roadblocks
• Facilitate backlog grooming sessions to refine user stories and prioritize features
• Coach product managers and owners on effective backlog management, user story writing, and stakeholder engagement
• Mentor team members on agile practices and help them develop skills in collaboration and problem-solving
• Drive product and agile maturity across teams

Qualifications

• Required

  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • 3+ years of team coaching experience
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including product strategy, roadmap development, and market analysis
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate cross-functional teamwork
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to guide individuals and teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Product orientation and proven results-driven experience
  • Expert-level JIRA user and admin experience
  • One of the following certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Certified Product Manager (CPM), or Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner (ACPMPO)

• Preferred

  • Medicaid industry experience
  • Scaled Agile SPC certification
