Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is offering a Co-op and Internship program at the West Fargo Main Office. Students gain hands-on experience in corporate learning and development, with opportunities to work on training design, delivery, and LMS administration.

The 8-month Co-op is full-time and integrates into our corporate and production environments, while internships offer a semester-long, part-time experience with potential multi-semester extensions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Education, Education, Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Commitment to the internship/co-op for the full term.
• Interest in adult education and corporate learning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training course design, delivery, communications, and marketing.
• Prepare, research, and potentially deliver engaging training experiences.
• Create training aids including workbooks and process documents.
• Assist LMS administration and learner surveys analytics.

Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are full-time employment experience. Co‑ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as full-time team member.

Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internship positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.

Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat’s different functions.

Role & Responsibility

• Gain hands-on experience in a corporate learning and development environment.
• Assist with training course design, delivery, communications, and marketing.
• Prepare, research, observe, and potentially deliver engaging training experiences.
• Create training aids, including project visualizations, student workbooks, and internal process documents.
• Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
• Manage administration of training course learner surveys and analytics.
• Collaborate with training team, vendor representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Work on impactful training-related projects to develop project management skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Junior or Senior standing, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Education, Education, Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Commitment to Bobcat for the entire internship term (4 months).
• Interest in adult education, corporate learning, and industries related to agricultural, construction, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to groups or individuals.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, LMS platforms, graphic design, and course design tools preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience and other factors.
