Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. invites students to join a Co-op or Intern program spanning 18 functional areas across the company. Co-ops are 8 months full-time; internships are semester-long, part-time, with potential extension.

You will gain hands-on experience, work on real projects, and collaborate with skilled professionals at a global leader. Requirements include pursuing an Ag Systems/Engineering degree, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Freshman to Senior pursuing a degree in Ag System Technology, Ag Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong communication skills and high motivation.
• Willingness to travel <10%.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work with a team.
• Commit to the full term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months).

Responsibilities

• Disassemble products for Service Manual revision and/or Labor Time verification
• Conduct trend analysis of product field performance
• Operate products for audit and verification purposes
• Use statistical tools for advanced prediction of machine warranty
• Communicate directly with our dealer network
• Process warranty return parts, and participate in tear down analysis
• Troubleshoot Dealer technical questions on machines needing repair

Role & Responsibility

The salary range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience and other factors.
