Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP in Houston, TX seeks a Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate with 2–6 years of experience in product liability or tort litigation. You will handle discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, and assist with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is$195,000-$225,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates are also eligible for:

Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately$14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
