The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of Insurance, Product Liability, or Tort Litigation experience, strong writing and research skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Insurance, Product Liability, or Tort Litigation experience.
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions.
• Skilled in mediations, court appearances, and assisting with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Kentucky licensure or ability to obtain it in the short-term.
