You will work with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, Operations, Sales, and customers to ensure performance, reliability, and smooth qualification of new products.

You will define test strategies, develop and execute plans for components and full systems, and document findings to guide product improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or related engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in product testing, validation, development, or a closely related engineering role.
  • Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems preferred.
  • Hands-on experience operating forestry, construction, agricultural, or similar heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define product performance expectations, project priorities, and validation requirements with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute thorough test and validation plans for individual components and complete equipment systems.
  • Coordinate product testing with Engineering and R&D, ensuring the right resources, timing, and technical focus are in place.
  • Analyze test data, prepare clear reports for internal and external audiences, and recommend product or process improvements.
  • Build and maintain testing policies, procedures, work instructions, and documentation that strengthen consistency and quality.
  • Research and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment that support effective testing activities.
  • Conduct site, customer, and field testing as needed, while managing project-related testing costs and resources.
