• Judgment about which metrics matter and are actionable.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and how agentic usage differs from human usage.
• Experience in financial data and analytics.
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed organization.
• Degree or equivalent in: BS Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering/Operations Research.
• Career Stage: Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics product telemetry strategy from gateway instrumentation to reporting and visualization.
• Collaborate with product teams to define event schema, identity dimensions, and usage comparability.
• Partner with cloud data platform teams to translate product needs into capture requirements.
• Inform the consumption layer with dashboards and usage reporting.
• Turn usage data into a narrative of customer experience—where workflows succeed or stall.
• Run discovery with internal consumers across product, commercial, client service and engineering.
• Maintain data quality and be able to explain what a number means and its source.
• Serve as SME on usage data for business and engineering stakeholders.
• Track changing consumption patterns, including AI-assisted usage, to keep measurement pace.
