Job summary

Alteryx is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Telemetry & Analytics to lead the team that understands product usage and customer behavior. You will own telemetry instrumentation, the semantic layer, and the self-serve analytics platform that makes product data available across the business.

Based on the East Coast to maximize overlap with the team’s working hours, you’ll report to the Sr. Director, Customer Signals and lead a team based in India, overseeing prioritization, enablement, and talent

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product telemetry or analytics roles.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience building self-serve analytics or internal data products.
• Strong executive communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading a team across time zones (ideally India).

Responsibilities

• Own intake path for telemetry and analytics requests across Product, Finance, CS, Rev Ops, and IT.
• Partner with technical leadership on feasibility, dependency order, and sequencing.
• Build enablement into a standing program so each function can find, understand, and trust the data.
• Govern metric definitions so the same number means the same thing in every forum.
• Lead and develop a team based in India, including talent assessment and career paths.
