LSEG is seeking a Manager, Product Telemetry Lead in the United States to establish a product telemetry capability across Analytics. You will define metrics, partner with Product and Engineering to determine how signals are captured, and create reporting to drive product and commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

Own the analytics product telemetry strategy and roadmap from instrumentation to reporting.
Collaborate with product teams to define event schema and dimensions.
Work with cloud data platform teams to capture and retain platform data.
Inform the consumption layer with dashboards and usage reporting.
Turn usage data into insights about customer experience and workflows.
Run discovery with internal consumers as customers of what you build.
Ensure data quality and be the source of truth for numbers.
Serve as SME on usage data for stakeholders.
Track consumption patterns, including AI-assisted usage, and adapt measurements.
