London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Manager, Product Telemetry Lead to establish a product telemetry capability that translates usage into actionable insights. You will work across Analytics, Product and Engineering to define metrics, capture signals, and create reporting that informs product and commercial decisions.

You’ll partner with internal teams to ensure data quality, consistency and meaningful interpretation of numbers, while guiding a scalable measurement framework for evolving

Qualifications

• Experience building analytics telemetry and instrumentation for products.
• Ability to translate product requirements into measurable metrics.
• Strong data fluency and storytelling with data.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration across product, engineering and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics telemetry strategy and roadmap from instrumentation to reporting.
• Collaborate with product teams to define event schema and dimensions.
• Partner with cloud data platform teams on storage and pipelines.
• Inform the consumption layer with dashboards and usage reporting.
• Turn usage data into actionable insights about customer experience.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across product, commercial, and client service.
• Maintain data quality and define what numbers mean and their sources.
• Monitor consumption patterns, including AI-assisted usage, and adapt measurement.
