Job summary
London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Head of Analytics Engineering to lead strategy, design, and delivery of analytics products spanning Cross Asset, Fund, Private Markets and Predictive Analytics. You will own end-to-end engineering of analytics capabilities, ensuring they are scalable, production-grade, and aligned to client workflows.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science or computer engineering.
- Deep expertise in scaling analytics computations for financial markets.
- Experience with AI/ML systems and production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Analytics Engineering strategy for a portfolio of analytics products.
- Lead architecture, design and delivery of production-grade analytics products (pricing, risk) across real-time and batch use cases.
- Drive AI/ML integration into analytics products with path to production, monitoring and governance.
- Build and scale an analytics engineering organization with cross-functional alignment across teams.
