Job summary

Alteryx is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Telemetry & Analytics to lead the team responsible for how product usage and customer behavior are understood. You will own instrumentation, the semantic layer, and the self-serve analytics platform that makes data available across the business.

You will lead a team based in India, oversee prioritization and capacity, enablement, and talent development, and report to the Sr. Director, Customer Signals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product telemetry or analytics roles with at least 3 years leading a team.
• Proven ownership of an analytics operating model: intake, prioritization, capacity, and service expectations.
• Experience creating self-service analytics or internal data products that teams can trust.
• Strong track record in communicating with executives and aligning stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake path for telemetry and analytics requests across Product, Finance, CS, Rev Ops, and IT.
• Partner with technical leadership on feasibility, ordering, and sequencing of work.
• Build a self-serve data program to increase data accessibility across functions.
• Govern consistent metric definitions across forums and reports.
• Lead and develop a team based outside the U.S., especially in India, across significant time zones.
