Job summary

Alteryx is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Telemetry & Analytics to lead the team behind how we understand product usage and customer behavior. You will manage a team based in India, own instrumentation, semantic layer, and the self-serve analytics platform that makes data available across the business.

The role reports to the Sr. Director, Customer Signals and is located on the East Coast to align with working hours.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product telemetry, product analytics, analytics engineering, or data roles with 3+ years managing a team.
• Experience owning analytics operating model: intake, prioritization, capacity planning, service expectations.
• Experience building self-service analytics or internal data products teams can trust.

Responsibilities

• Own intake path for telemetry and analytics requests across Product, Finance, CS, Rev Ops, IT; balance platform work with executive asks.
• Partner with technical leadership on feasibility, dependency order, sequencing.
• Build self-serve data enablement so teams can find, understand, and trust data.
• Govern metric definitions to ensure consistency across forums.
• Represent the function to leadership with what is shipping, what's blocked, and what it means.
