Job summary

Bee Access seeks a Product Technician to join the product support team, assembling, testing, and preparing products for sale. You will work hands-on with equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist dealers with troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Located in West Palm Beach, FL, this role offers first-shift hours and a pathway for growth within the Alba division of Canopy Brands. A strong mechanical mindset and basic reading of diagrams are important.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required or preferred.
• Strong mechanical mindset to understand equipment assembly and operation.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics is preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel as needed for coverage and training.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery after training and certifications.
• Pull and count inventory for customer orders and warehouse stock.
• Coordinate with department manager and purchasing to maintain inventory levels.
• Organize and inventory stock material, hardware, and parts in the warehouse and yard.
• Work across different areas in warehouse and yard as workload requires.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace following procedures.
• Prepare and test rack and pinion machines for orders.
• Assist dealers with troubleshooting and diagnostic support.
• Possibility for growth in other motorized departments.
• Communicate with supervisors to maximize productivity and meet order targets.

BEE ACCESS- PRODUCT TECHNICIAN (ALBA division)

We are seeking a Product Technician to join our product support team that will support the company’s overall growth strategy by assembling, testing, and preparing products for sale to customers. This position encompasses being extremely hands-on with an understanding of the overall product.

• Full-time hours and first shift schedule: 40 hours per week guaranteed, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

• Effectively and efficiently operate machinery after proper training and certifications issued
• Pull and count inventory for both customer orders and warehouse inventory/accuracy
• Work with department manager and purchasing to order and maintain proper inventory levels
• Organize and inventory stock material, hardware, parts, etc. in warehouse and equipment yard
• Work between different areas in warehouse and equipment yard as workload requires
• Maintains a neat, efficient workplace where there is a commitment to safety and following workplace procedures
• Prepare and test rack and pinion machines and equipment for orders
• Support our dealers through troubleshooting and diagnostic assistance
• Potential growth in other motorized departments
• Communicates with Supervisor and peers to maximize productivity and ensure order targets are met

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of Forklift experience preferred
• Capable of handling and lifting 50 lbs. without assistance
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics preferred
• Strong mechanical mindset to interpret and understand how equipment is intended to go together and work
• Willing to travel upon completion and thorough understanding of systems
