Job summary

Bee Access, LLC is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join its production team in West Palm Beach, FL. The role focuses on welding and fabricating suspended access equipment, including hoists and platforms, with hands-on aluminum welding experience.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of aluminum/steel welding and fabrication experience, strong blueprints reading skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Commuting to West Palm Beach is required for first shift, Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of prior experience in aluminum and steel welding/fabrication.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld a variety of aluminum/steel components to create or repair platforms, hoists, etc.
• Set up, clamp, grind, or bolt materials into proper position prior to welding.
• Fabricate aluminum components.
• Reading and understanding blueprints required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety protocol.
• Work with Engineers to improve drawings, costs, manufacturing methods and the development of new products.

We are seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our production team that will support the company's overall growth strategy by welding and fabricating suspended access equipment including hoists, powered platforms, davits, tieback anchors, rigging, safety equipment and accessories. This position encompasses being extremely hands-on with an understanding of aluminum welding and the overall product while providing safe and high performing equipment used by workers suspended at height.
