Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, marketing, or related field.
• Master's degree (or above) in sustainability or sciences preferred.
• Previous experience in product development, engineering, or quality strongly desired.
• Experience in sustainability, engineering, or marketing.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence.
• Ability to participate in team development and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Advance product sustainability strategy as lead.
• Identify and partner with engineering for sustainable claims.
• Evaluate value through carbon footprint and lifecycle analysis.
• Guide engineering to optimize sustainability attributes.
• Partner with ESG Finance to maintain Scope 3 footprint.
• Lead compliance with sustainability regulations (e.g., EPR).
• Manage certification programs like ENERGY STAR.
• Utilize data analytics tools and PowerBI for dashboards.
• Other duties as assigned.
