Pentair plc seeks a Product Sustainability Leader to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will drive product sustainability strategy, collaborate with engineering, and support sustainability claims and certifications.

You will manage metrics like Scope 3 emissions and energy/water savings from products. You will partner with ESG Finance and innovation teams to quantify sustainability impact, guide design decisions, and maintain certification programs.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on product sustainability and life-cycle thinking.
• Experience in engineering, development, or quality with a sustainability lens.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead product sustainability strategy and framework at Pentair.
• Partner with engineering to develop sustainable product claims and documentation.
• Maintain and communicate enterprise-wide sustainability metrics (Scope 3, energy, water).
