Job summary

This role thrives on variety, problem solving, and educating others, with a schedule from 9:00am to 5:30pm (training 8:00am to 4:30pm).

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Outstanding listening and communication skills with strong customer focus.
• Demonstrated ability to think quickly to determine next steps and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by telephone, email, chat or social media to provide product information and resolve issues.
• Use product documentation and training to support a wide range of Rust-Oleum products.
• Document customer interactions and actions taken.
• Assess validity of problems and determine possible causes.
• Collaborate with other departments on investigations and documentation of issues.
