Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is currently seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide internal support within manufacturing processes. This role necessitates cooperation with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to facilitate product support throughout the design and production stages.

Applicants should have mechanical or engineering experience, and hands-on role experience is preferred as products translate from design to production. Familiarity with SAP/ERP and Creo/CAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Expertise in manufacturing processes is essential.
• Hands-on experience with product design to manufacturing transitions.
• Ability to assist with troubleshooting and parts inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct order and data entry tasks.
• Assist customers through various communication methods.
• Support office staff on related projects.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, a Product Support Specialist will focus on internal product support in manufacturing processes.

This role requires collaboration with our internal teams, customers, and suppliers to best support the product through the design cycle and into production.

Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

• Order and Data entry
• Answer customer calls, emails, letters, faxes, etc.
• Assist distributors, dealers and end users with machine troubleshooting
• Assist distributors, dealers and end users with parts questions/concerns
• Support office staff on various projects
• Other administrative duties as assigned
