Job summary

New Pig is seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide world-class service to both internal and external customers regarding product-related informational needs. The position is located at our Duncansville, PA location with a shift from 8:30am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, Safety Science or related field preferred.
• Previous experience supporting technical products or specialized customer inquiries preferred.
• Ability to understand, explain, and apply environmental or workplace safety regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and providing product solutions for customers based upon application and regulatory needs via phone, email, chat, and occasionally in person
• Moving customers through the buying journey from application discovery to closure of the sale
• Answering technical questions about our product line to internal and external customers
• Troubleshooting and resolving product problems and issues
• Participating in new product development, including providing input for new ideas, participating in new product introductions, and providing post-launch support
• Assisting in developing and editing technical information for the catalogs, website, content pieces and other promotional material
• Conducting research projects in support of market research, product development, product management, and marketing
• Staying up-to-date on product, industry, and regulatory subjects by completing research and training
• Adhering to New Pig's Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements
