What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely support for customer inquiries regarding tax and SurePrep products through phone, email, chat, and web submissions
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while advocating for the customers
- Efficiently utilize internal resources and manage time effectively
- Ensure adherence to departmental processes and procedures
- Assist and collaborate with other internal teams as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer care support role, preferably in tax, technical support, or IT Help Desk
- Strong critical thinking and customer service skills
- Availability to work varying shifts and/or overtime as needed
- High work ethic with the ability to be timely, efficient, and reliable
- Stable internet connection with the capability for a wired connection to the router if necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent workforce experience
- Familiarity with technical support or IT Help Desk knowledge
