Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company in Ladson, SC, seeks a motivated PSR-style professional to expand our presence in the assigned region. You will provide product support across all makes and promote service and parts programs, driving revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include increasing sales opportunities, preparing quotes, after‑sales visits, CRM data management, and building strong partnerships with Service, Parts, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AA) or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills and CRM proficiency.
• Ability to develop interpersonal relationships.
• Knowledge of maintenance, repair, parts, and sales processes.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in heavy equipment industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase Parts and Service Sales opportunities in the assigned territory to grow revenue.
• Prepare and present Parts and Service quotations for customers.
• Conduct after-sales visits.
• Complete and present Komtrax and Warranty certificates, complete 90-day revisit, discuss and sign up customers for electronic part ordering.
• Acquire customer information to build a CRM database including machine lists, contacts, influencers, and purchasers.
• Conduct routine machine visits completing 50-point walk around inspections and present findings to customers.
• Promote current Parts and Service marketing and sales programs for New, Used, and All Makes opportunities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal customers (Service, Parts, and Sales).
• Maintain daily call reports on CRM.
• Develop strong working relationship with mainline salesperson in territory to form a strong support team.
• Other tasks as requested by manager.

Job Summary

Expand Linder’s presence in assigned territory, providing product support to customers, and increase product support revenue. Promote Linder’s “all makes” products and demonstrate by actions that the PSR and Linder are solutions providers.

• Prepare and present Parts and Service quotations for customers
• Conduct after-sales visit
• Complete and present Komtrax and Warranty certificates, complete 90 -day revisit, discuss and sign up customers for electronic part ordering
• Acquire customer information to build comprehensive data base to include machine lists, customer contacts, influencers, and Parts and Service purchasers - all information to reside in CRM
• Conduct routine machine visits completing 50-point walk around inspection and present to customers

Education/Experience/Skills

• Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college, technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Skilled in developing inter-personal relationships
• General knowledge of maintenance, repair, parts department functions, sales, and customer needs
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in heavy equipment industry required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
