Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Support Representative with relevant work and educational background. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Commerce or Business degree and at least 2 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably securities or capital markets.

About the role

As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting software issues, and documenting technical problems to support product quality and development.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues in a fast-paced financial software environment.
  2. Research client issues and analyze software problems.
  3. Troubleshoot software application issues and recommend solutions.
  4. Document customer information and recurring technical issues.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the finance industry, preferably securities or capital markets.
  • Experience with analyzing application logs, querying databases, remote server login, scripting, and file transfers.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Additional skills or certifications related to finance or software support are a plus.
