Описание:

The Company Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health. We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. This role requires you to be based in Lithuania or open to relocate to Lithuania! For more than 25 years, our technology has transformed how people manage diabetes and track their glucose, helping them feel more in control and live more confidently. At Dexcom, our Dutch-speaking Product Support team is more than just a group of professionals — we’re a close, collaborative unit that thrives on connection, even while working remotely.

We’re proud of the strong team spirit we’ve built. Whether it’s sharing knowledge, solving challenges together, or simply checking in on one another, our team is always ready to support and uplift not only our users, but also each other. We’ve found creative ways to stay connected virtually, and we make time to celebrate wins, big and small. Joining our team means becoming part of a positive, engaged, and inclusive environment where your voice matters and your growth is encouraged. We’re passionate about what we do — and we have fun doing it!

Where you come in:
  • Provide support to Dutch-speaking Dexcom users via phone, email, and web forms.
  • Assist with inquiries related to Dexcom apps, software, and hardware, offering clear troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for users and healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate documentation and high-quality service.
  • Maintain and update user accounts, process replacements, and follow up as needed.
  • Participate in product training and stay up to date with new releases.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to a high-performing support team by meeting service level goals and promoting best practices.
What makes you successful:
  • You’re fluent in both Dutch (or Flemish) and English, with strong communication skills across all channels.
  • You’re confident using Windows and major web browsers and have experience supporting mobile apps (iOS & Android) and cloud-based systems.
  • You have a natural talent for troubleshooting and problem-solving, paired with excellent customer service and phone skills.
  • You listen actively, communicate clearly, and show empathy — creating positive experiences for every user.
  • You’re detail-oriented, quick to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Требования:

Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).
