Remote Customer Support Representative – Experienced & Entry Level Positions Available!

Experienced Sales support/Customer service specialists with 2 years’ sales and automotive industry experience can join our team right away at competitive pay. Also, with added benefits from our commission plans in place.

As a Driven Brands Auto Glass Sales Support Specialist, your job will be to:

1. Make every customer want to use Auto Glass Now
2. Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for all customers’ glass needs
3. Answer phones and return customer calls
4. Provide excellent customer service
5. Pay attention to detail
6. Ensure accuracy when booking all appointments
7. Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
8. Confirm all customer information is correct before booking
9. Be professional and have a positive attitude

All our Sales Support Specialists need to meet the following requirements:

1. Must have a sales background for the experienced pay
2. Must have a positive attitude and customer service
3. Must have basic computer skills
4. Must have strong communication skills
5. Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus!
6. Prior phone or call center experience is a plus!

Position Location: Georgia

Compensation Range: $14.00 - $25.00

Compensation Frequency: Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
