Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to support the quality, operation, and continuous improvement of software products and client applications. Working closely with the Product Owner, Development, and QA, this role helps ensure product work is documented, tested, organized, and delivered effectively.

This position offers exposure to product operations, quality assurance, business analysis, and product management, with opportunities to grow into a Product Owner role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in software support or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/MIS/CIS/Business Analytics.
• Familiar with Jira/Azure DevOps, Agile, test documentation, and SQL basics.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Owner backlog management and readiness.
• Prepare work items with business context, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and supporting documentation.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Document defects, risks, and testing outcomes.
• Reproduce issues and provide investigation details to Development and QA teams.
• Participate in regression testing and release validation activities.
• Investigate reported product issues and determine resolution paths.
• Translate validated issues into documented work items for Product Owner review.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA to improve processes.
