What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise and support service partners on service, maintenance, and parts topics to drive aftermarket business
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reports to ensure effective communication and tracking
- Analyze customer complaints and manage the processing of incidents and indemnification claims
- Instruct service personnel on service-related topics and develop technical repair solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to support service-relevant requirements during sales events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the bus aftermarket
- Prior experience in the Bus / Motorcoach industry is required
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of explaining complex technical products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CDL with P endorsement is a plus (can be obtained during employment)
