RTX, through its Collins Aerospace division, offers an IPS internship/co-op path to learn aircraft avionics product life cycles and influence design and operations from day one. You will work with an IPS Manager, gain hands-on program experience, and contribute to supply chain and PHST initiatives.

The program emphasizes collaboration, safety, and innovation, with potential for full-time opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package available to hired applicants in the U.S.

What You Will Do:

Integrated Product Support (IPS) at Collins Aerospace constitutes a thorough and all-encompassing strategy for overseeing the complete life cycle of a product. In this role you will learn how to influence the design and operations of Collins avionics product from the beginning of cutting-edge technology throughout its entire lifecycle.

• Gain hands‑on experience working alongside an experienced Integrated Product Support Manager.
• Provide assistance with program‑related activities.
• Contribute to supply chain support initiatives.
• Support efforts in Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHST).
• Assist with maintenance planning and management tasks.

What You Will Learn:

• Gain additional knowledge and learn about the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support
• Gain an understanding of how government programs work.
• Learn about working with a skilled team on exciting new avionics equipment.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business Management, MIS, or a related field or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co‑op session.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Skilled in creating professional presentations to effectively communicate complex ideas and project updates.
• Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
