Job summary

ASR seeks an experienced Product Support Integrator (PM I) to coordinate maintenance and product support for DoD robotic, autonomous, and unmanned ground systems in Selfridge, MI. The PSI will liaise with military users, government stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure equipment readiness through effective maintenance planning and logistics coordination.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in DoD product support or field service, with an Active Secret clearance and ability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Ten or more years of experience in product support, field service, or maintenance coordination for DoD robotic systems.
  • Experience coordinating maintenance with military end users.
  • Experience developing maintenance plans, schedules, or logistics docs for military systems.
  • Ability to manage complex schedules and technical information accurately.
  • Pass a background check and hold an Active Secret clearance.

Job description

ASR is seeking an experienced Product Support Integrator (PM I) for an exciting opportunity supporting a Department of War robotics, autonomous, and unmanned ground systems program in Selfridge, MI. The PSI is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of maintenance and product support activities, serving as a direct liaison to the user community to help ensure equipment readiness through effective maintenance planning, support coordination, and logistics management.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute day-to-day maintenance and product support activities for Department of War robotic, autonomous, and unmanned ground systems.
  • Serve as a direct liaison to the military user community, Government stakeholders, technical teams, and logistics personnel to support equipment readiness and mission requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track maintenance activities, support schedules, readiness actions, work orders, repair status, parts requirements, and logistics resources.
  • Implement product support strategies by developing operational-level plans that ensure users receive timely and effective maintenance and sustainment support.
  • Develop, maintain, and contribute to maintenance plans, support schedules, logistics requirement documents, readiness metrics, and related product support documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics actions for necessary parts, resources, field service support, and technical information required to sustain operational equipment.
  • Assist with program reviews, status updates, meeting materials, action item tracking, and customer communications related to maintenance and product support execution.
  • Identify maintenance, logistics, readiness, and sustainment issues and recommend corrective actions to support mission continuity and contract performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of cumulative experience in product support, field service engineering, or maintenance coordination specifically for Department of War robotic, autonomous, and unmanned ground systems.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating maintenance and support activities directly with military end users of robotic systems.
  • Proven experience developing and contributing to maintenance plans, support schedules, or logistics requirement documents for a military robotic system.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex schedules and detailed technical information accurately.
  • Experience supporting equipment readiness, logistics coordination, sustainment planning, field service support, or related product support activities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and related logistics, maintenance, or reporting tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Government stakeholders, military end users, technical personnel, subcontractors, and a diverse range of individuals.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance.
  • Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check.
  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Government contracting experience preferred.
