You will translate complex engineering data and field feedback into world-class technical marketing collateral, enabling sales partners, specifiers, and installers with exact tools and knowledge for success.

Qualificações

• 5+ years blending technical support, field service, or product coordination with technical marketing or content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Technical Writing, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe InDesign/Illustrator or demonstrated ability to master design software quickly.
• Experience with CMS, Solidworks, or Zendesk preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level technical support to key customers regarding product features, field issues, and specifications.
• Draft, update, and format technical marketing documents including specs, installation manuals, demo keys, and sell sheets.
• Incorporate field learnings and usability feedback into existing technical docs and product guides.
• Perform product test installations and collaborate with contractors to optimize installation instructions before release.
• Create technical guides, cheat sheets, and internal training docs to empower customer-facing teams.
• Manage the company website tasks: new product pages, content updates, filter management, and content tree structure.
• Oversee technical trade show logistics, including test installations and scheduling.
• Capture customer feedback on product samples to drive internal improvements and potential customizations.
