Job summary

Our client, a manufacturer near Columbus, OH, seeks a Product Support Engineer to bridge customers and engineering, troubleshoot applications, and recommend optimal solutions. The role can flex toward hands-on engineering support or more customer-facing tasks within a small, collaborative team.

This on-site position requires 3+ years in related electrical product support, strong circuit troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel domestically up to 5% while maintaining excellent customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting customer applications involving electrical controls, power distribution, or industrial electronic products.
• Working knowledge of electronic circuits and system-level electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work onsite daily.

You'll serve as the bridge between customers and engineering, helping customers troubleshoot technical challenges and identify the right solution for their application. Product Support Engineer - Electrical/Electronics Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting customer applications involving electrical controls, power distribution, or industrial electronic products
• Working knowledge of electronic circuits and system-level electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to work onsite daily required
• Ability to travel domestically up to 5% (typically one week of overnight travel per quarter)
