Our client based in Columbus, OH is seeking a Product Support Designer II to join their team.

Job Details

• Location: 100% Remote
• Pay: $32.20/hr

Responsibilities

1. Design and produce print materials such as product sample packaging and marketing collateral, ensuring all design elements are brand-compliant.
2. Handle layout and page composition with precision, paying close attention to the alignment of text, images, and branding across multiple pieces of collateral.
3. Create brand-compliant infographics or illustrative designs within layouts to enhance visual impact, ensuring consistency across all materials.
4. Understand content and context to ensure design choices enhance the overall message, maintaining consistency.
5. Problem-solve independently while adhering to brand guidelines and style.
6. Communicate rationale behind design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively.
7. Address creative challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
8. Familiarity with Basecamp and SmartSheet is preferred.

Requirements

• Portfolio with examples of longer form work (e.g., catalogs, brochures)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Sampling
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Ability to create and incorporate infographics and illustrations
• Knowledge of print production processes, including file setup and output
• Experience with Smartsheet and/or Basecamp
