Job summary

Flint Hills Resources seeks a Product Support Analyst in Wichita, KS to troubleshoot complex integrations, support AI workflows, and improve monitoring and incident response. You will engage with IT and business stakeholders to ensure reliable services and timely resolutions.

You will join a collaborative team, participate in on-call rotations, and have opportunities for growth into technical or leadership roles within a Koch-relevant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting applications with complex integrations (event-based, APIs).
• Experience SQL and basic coding capabilities (PowerShell, Python or similar).
• Experience or interest in leveraging AI technologies or building AI agents/workflows to automate processes.
• Ability to articulate business impact with IT and non-IT stakeholders.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, becoming a trusted ally to our customers.
• Be the escalation point to other analysts on the team for complex issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to drive permanent solutions and continuous improvement to monitoring, alerts and logging.
• Ensure responses align with SLAs and that monitoring/alerting detects anomalies affecting business SLAs.
• Support AI agents/workflows and maintain knowledge bases to improve the support experience.
• Seek ways to improve customer experience and application reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotation (2 weekdays every 2 weeks, 1 weekend every 6 weeks).
