Job summary

Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Product Analyst Co‑Op in the Information Technology department in Wichita, KS. This role will be part of a larger product team that partners with FHR capabilities to deliver a technology roadmap and transform work processes.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, configure technology to enable workflows, participate in user acceptance testing, document functional requirements, and help ensure timely project delivery while learning new systems and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to MIS, CS, CE, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related technical field
• Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, strong communication skills, and aptitude for fast-paced learning
• Currently residing in Wichita, KS or the surrounding area
• Eligible for full-time employment by July 2028
• Demonstrated interest in or experimentation with AI or generative tools (coursework, projects, hackathons, or hands-on use of AI assistants/LLMs)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and business to configure technology enabling work processes
• Ensure quality of product releases through risk mitigation, test automation, test cases, and regression testing
• Coordinate with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing
• Capture, analyze, and document functional requirements for IT capabilities
• Coordinate execution of project deliverables by other IT capabilities to ensure timely delivery
• Recommend enhancements to products to optimize work processes
• Continuously learn new systems and products based on business needs
