The ideal candidate has 10+ years in product, purchasing and demand planning, with strong ERP/CRM experience and experience in industrial components markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product and vendor management experience ideally within a B2B Distributor.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Strong data analytics and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product range strategy and roadmap including pricing and product data.
• Ensure stock to support top customers.
• Manage product lifecycle and vendor relationships.
• Oversee pricing strategy aligned to market.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on communications and training.
• Develop KPIs to measure product and customer progress.
• Drive data-driven insights to improve decisions.
